Bedroom in Beautiful Aldgate East Flat

Hello,

My name is Genevieve, I am a young professional in science looking for 1 flatmate to take over 1 of the rooms in my 3 bed 2 bath flat. The flat is a modern warehouse conversion with wood floors, exposed brick, and red painted accent doors/poles. The room to be rented shares a very sizeable bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub shower with 1 other female. The whole flat is about 1200 sq ft with a large kitchen and living area. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher plus plenty of cupboard space. The rooms themselves are furnished with a bed,, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The flat is about a 6 minute walk to Aldgate East station, about 12 minutes to Aldgate and about 20 minutes to Liverpool Street. 

About me: I love a clean and tidy living area. I am quiet but like going out and socializing, while also enjoying cozy nights in. I am an avid baker (be prepared for freshly baked goods regularly), love travelling, and exercising- my favourites being spinning, yoga, and pilates. I would like to share my space with someone who is also quiet and respectful, tidy, and does not party frequently or regularly has lots of people at the flat. 

The room will be 1050£ plus bills which in our experience have been about 125-150/person a month. All utility costs will be divided equally amongst the 3 of us. Please only respond if you are serious about sharing this space and can afford the rent. This will be subject to a reference check by the condo corporation to ensure that rent can be covered. We will hold individual leases will the agency. The move in date is NOT flexible as there are current tenants in the flat.
