SHORT TERM FLATMATE NEEDED ASAP - November 21st - Early January (at least 9th).

Spacious double room with an ensuite to let in central London, 5 minutes walk from Aldgate East station (Hammersmith and City/District), 10-minute walk to the heart of the city and Shoreditch. Aldgate and Whitechapel stations are also within a 10-minute walk (Elizabeth/Circle/Metropolitan).

The flat is situated on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block, with lift access. The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, as well as a private bedroom with an en-suite. There is also a shared outdoor patio area. The flat contains a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fully equipped kitchen area.

The bedroom is spacious and contains a double bed, a desk large enough for a monitor, bedside tables that can be left for you, and a Juliet balcony. There is a built-in wardrobe with ample storage space. The stylish ensuite contains a toilet and waterfall shower, as well as cupboard storage space.

Currently, we are 3 27-year-old males who are friends from school, who all work professional jobs nearby in London, but I am looking to fill the room as I am moving in with my girlfriend. We are friendly, and social, and enjoy going out and seeing friends on weekends. We also enjoy chilling in the flat on weeknights watching films. Current flatmates mainly work in the office but occasionally work from home in the communal living space.

The room is available from the 21st November until early/mid January, end date is negotiable, and we are looking for someone to fill it for the entirety of this time. All bills including Wi-Fi, energy, water and council tax are fully included in the price.
