Looking for Flatmate ASAP Aldgate East

Hi guys! I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate ASAP since she will be moving out on the 16th of October :)

I am currenlty in my second year of Chelsea College of Art, been living in the dorm for quite a long time so I tend to be quiet and clean. I also expect my flatmate to treat the home the same way! I also like to read, sing, watch movies, talk, and cook so if any of this is one of your interests I’m happy to share x

The flat is quite huge, and also well kept (also wooden floored!!!!). Also very quite despite the location; it’s next to the main road but there are almost no noise. there’s also a lift in the building and an automatic door for the main entrance.
Also there’s plenty of light coming through so it feels very cosy.

The bus station is literally a stone's throw away (literally 10 sec), to Aldgate East around 7~10min buy walk, 15min by bus to Liverpool St, and 20min walk to Towerbridge (it’s perfect for the morning run!).
There are also plenty of options for shopping and grocerys; there are Chinese supermarkets (Tian Tian Market), various amenities (Curzon cinema, Hatto Potto, Kova, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco etc.), pubs, Live Music Bar, etc making it a great place to live! There are also schools and a few hotels nearby, so it’s placed in a safe area.

The total rent (whole property ) is 2450pcm and 6 months upfront + deposit is needed.
Rent would be split into 1250/1200 since the other room is slightly bigger x
