I am looking for my replacement in a shared apartment located in Zone 1

Located on ground floor of a secure and rich building, this flat is equipped with modern amenities such as washer dryer, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen. I have been staying in the flat for almost two years and absolutely love the location and the surroundings.

The rent of the flat is £2600 and we divide the rent as £1250 (non-ensuite) and £1350 (en-suite)

The room for rent is a double room which comes fully furnished with double bed (with storage), side tables and a wardrobe. You will have your own private bathroom, just outside the room. The room is well-lit and well-ventilated with a ceiling to floor window, overlooking the building fountain - an absolute delightful view.

The building fountain and the house creates a very positive aura of the house.

About the neighborhood:

Walkable distance to tube stations: Aldgate East (5 mins), Aldgate (10 mins), Tower Hill (7 mins), Liverpool Street (15 mins)

Convenient access to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose and more, all with 2-10 mins walk away. There is also a gym right beside the building (2 mins walk)

You will share the flat with a professional male, 32 years old Product Manager.
