Short term flat in central London Dec Jan Feb

Hi guys!

We're going away for a couple of months (mid Dec to early Mar) so we're renting the whole apartment out for 8 to 10 weeks (flexible depending on your circumstances).

This is a 2 bedroom apartment but we turned the other bedroom into a giant wardrobe room so if you wanted we could make that into a 2nd bedroom (lets discuss / cost involved).

Bills per month:
Elec - I'll show you the bill you pay that amount (£250 a good guess)
Water £35
Tax £115
Wifi £50
Cleaner £40 per visit - optional (but mandatory 3hr £60 final clean)

Our mews is sunny + very quiet as there are no cars (private gated estate).

It's next to the city, transport / supermarkets / gyms / restaurants.

Party people not suited / no overnight guests.

Washing machine with tumble dryer.

The landlord is Aussie, easy going, positive vibes!
