Hi girlies! I’m moving out, so my room is available for lease takeover.

The room is a massive double ensuite bedroom with ample storage. It’s one of the bigger rooms in the house and also has space for a desk so WFH girlies are welcome :)

Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £825
• Bills: £120

Location:
The house is in Aldgate East, just a 7-minute walk from Aldgate East Station and 10 minutes from Whitechapel. You’ll be walking distance from Brick Lane, Spitalfields, and Liverpool Street and Tower Bridge is only a 20-minute walk away. It’s a gated community in a very safe area (I’ve come home late from nights out with no issues)

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with five other girlies, ages 23-33, so looking for someone in the age range. They all work in various fields like NHS, law, and marketing. Everyone’s super lovely and we go for meals or nights out together, every now and again 🥰

Requirements:
We’re looking for another working professional (sorry, no students due to council tax), earning at least ~£33k, and able to complete Right to Rent ASAP. The move-in date is on 19th November.

We have just signed a new contract which ends in July and you’ll have the chance to renew (this is what’s happened for the past few years)
