Double room available in 4 bedrooms flat. The room is fully furnished with double bed, shelves and wardrobes. The toilet is private and just in front the room.

The flat is modern and well maintained, has fully equipped kitchen, dryer, huge living room, storage and a private garden.

The place is located about 8 minutes walk to Whitechapel and Aldgate east station, 15 minutes walk to Liverpool street and just 2 mins from bus stops.

The bills average is 100£ per month, including everything - water, internet, council tax and gas/electricity.

Move in date is from 20th December, however there is some flexibility to start bringing in stuffs earlier (luggages etc).
