Spacious Room near Aldgate & Liverpool Street, E1

Hello!


My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over the room in this beautiful, two bedroom, second floor apartment in Aldgate East, E1.

The room is available from January 1, 2025, until June 30, 2025, at which point I think the contract will be renewed for another year.

The apartment has a roof terrace and is a 5-minute walk to Aldgate East station, a 7-minute walk to Aldgate station, and an 8-minute walk to Liverpool Street station. It has great connections to Central London via the Central, Circle, Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City, Circle, and Metropolitan lines. There are also many bus stops going in to the city.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, storage cabinet, and coat rack. You also get a lot of sunlight in the morning!

For the flat itself, we have a spacious living room with one bathroom. Basic amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum, etc are included. The kitchen is also a good size and equipped with an oven, hob, and air fryer, with ample storage space.

Here is a breakdown of the bills:
Gas & Electricity = 63 per person (fluctuates depending on usage, this is the max)
Water = 18.50 per person
Council Tax = 70 per person
Internet = 21 per person

As for me, I am looking for someone professional (preferably my age, 26, or older), easygoing, friendly, and genuine. I’d also value someone clean and trustworthy.
