The flat comes with one toilet, one kitchen, an outdoor area and 2 rooms only. You will be sharing the house with me, Rafael from Italy. The house is quite spacious with a very big living room that comes furnished with 2 sofas, dining table and washing machine + dryer.

The flat is located on the lower ground floor of Tower House, a safe and convenient building located near several groceries stores and few main streets.

The rent is £910 per month but it does not include bills. Water is included in the rent, Wifi is around £15 per person, electricity around £100 each and council tax £80.
