We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 4-bed apartment (super safe with security and fob access). The flat has 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites), a spacious living room with a comfy sofa and big TV, and a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher. There’s also bike storage if you need it!

About the Room:
Double bedroom furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (landlord is flexible if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture). Other rooms come with a chest of drawers (can be added to this room if needed). Bathroom is shared with one other. The room is available from 20 December but there is some flexibility.

About Us:
You'll be living with Ali, Heather, & Alice . We love unwinding after work with some reality TV or exploring London on the weekends – trying out new cafes, pubs, and restaurants and workout classes.

Rent: £845/month
Bills: approx. £137.50/month (Water £14, Broadband £15, Council Tax £60.50, Electricity ~£50)

Deposit:
£1,024, transferred directly from the current tenant, with the letting agent holding your share.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone aged 26+, friendly, social, and easy-going. We enjoy hanging out, but also respect each other’s space, especially during work hours.
