Double room in Flat (FEMALE preferred )

Hi! I’m Anna, a working professional who has been living in London for about 8 years, originally from Spain. My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone to share the flat that has truly been my home since I moved here.

The double bedroom will be available at the end of March/beginning of April (date to be confirmed)

The flat has:
One bathroom (shared with me)
An open-plan kitchen and living room

The location is Aldgate East, right next to The City, in a lovely neighbourhood.
Walking distances:
Aldgate East Station – 5 minutes
Aldgate Station – 10 minutes
Tower Gateway – 15 minutes
Liverpool Street Station – 15–20 minutes

This flat really feels like home, and I’d love to share it with someone who treats and respects it the same way. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is open to not just being flatmates, but also to having a chat at the end of the day, sharing an occasional dinner, or a cosy movie night — while still enjoying our own routines and space.

I’m looking for a female, professional worker who:
Is clean, tidy, and understands shared cleaning responsibilities and schedules
Is respectful and considerate, especially when it comes to noise
Is not into partying, doesn’t drink, and enjoys a calm lifestyle
Sees this as a home, not just a place to stay
Does not bring strangers into the house and values privacy, cleanliness, and mutual respect
Is looking for a minimum of one year rent

💷 £1100 per month – bills included (this might change slightly depending on the increase in April 2026). Deposit will be 1 month rent.
