We've got a large double en-suite available in our top floor apartment located between Aldgate East/Whitechapel, details below:

Rent - £1,200 per month

Move-in is available for 16th May, Saturday. Bills are on average £150 pm per person, including a biweekly cleaner. You will be put onto an agent lease agreement including the deposit.

You'll join a flat of three males, who are aged between 25-29 and work in banking and tech. Everyone is chilled, respectful, and tidy. We enjoy socialising and the occasional get-together as a household, but also during the week respect each others space if prefered. Please reach out if this sounds like a match to you!

The room is furnished with a very comfortable double bed, large double wardrobe, and has a built in en-suite bathroom. It also enjoys south-facing views from 3 large windows so has great all-day natural light.

The rest of the flat is spread across two floors with a very large open-plan modern kitchen and living room, inc. a dishwasher, washer-dryer and two fridges. There are huge windows across the whole top floor providing 180° views of south London. For extra peace of mind there is a 24h front desk at the entrance of the building.

We are only a 5 min walk to both Whitechapel & Aldgate East tube (Elizabeth line/Overground/District). The local area is buzzing, with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars within a short walk as it is directly next to Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Liverpool Street and Bank - essentially in the heart of London.
