There will be two rooms available:

The dining kitchen (which serves as the living room) and the terrace are shared spaces.

The current flatmates are two guys 27 and 30.
We are a social flat and you are welcome to host friends or have a small gathering, and we keep the flat clean.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can move in around May 7th.
