Spacious Bedroom with Ensuite, Aldgate East

Sadly, my current lovely flatmate is moving out, so there is a double bedroom with an ensuite available in the Algate East area.

The flat has spacious common areas (living room and kitchen), two rooms and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished and well equipped, including a slow cooker, air fryer, and other amenities. The building also offers an amazing shared rooftop and gym (To enjoy the sun for the summer!).

The new contract renews at the 7th of August, but my flatmate is moving out on June 5th and the contract can be transferred over.

The apartment, in council tax band E, is extremely well located in central London! There are plenty of bars, restaurants, gyms and markets around. Brick Lane is 10m walk, 15m from Spitafields market, 20m from Shoreditch, St Katharine Docks, and Liverpool Street. Even though it is located in such central area, the apartment faces a really quiet neighbourhood. You can't hear a thing during the day or night.

I currently run regularly, go to the gym and rock climb, as well as making my way through my backlog of audio and physical books, and planning the next trip.

Who I am looking for:
Professional and well established person in London, between ages of 25 - 35. We try to always keep the apartment in a good shape, so having someone clean would be important, and a nice person would be good as well :)
