Looking for a friendly, easy-going person who’s already settled in London to take over my lease. The room is available from 23rd August, with 5th September as the latest move-in date.
You’ll be living with two great flatmates (one male, one female), both 25 and working professionals. They’re close friends, easy to get along with, and looking for someone who’s friendly and relaxed, but also has their own social life and routine. It’s a warm, respectful household where everyone does their own thing but gets along well.

- Very high ceilings and a large skylight – super light and airy
The Flat:
- Spacious open-plan shared kitchen, dining area and living room with lots of natural light
- Well equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils and a washing machine
- Bathroom shared with 1 flatmate (bath/shower, toilet, basin)
Location:
- Junction of Back Church Lane and Ellen Street
- Close to Commercial Road and Leman Street
~10 mins walk to Aldgate East and Tower Hill stations
- Also near Tower Gateway, Shadwell, and Whitechapel stations
- Well connected by buses and a short walk to the City and Shoreditch
