Room 2: Our sky bedroom + balcony (+ private bathroom) and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
Bills are not included and are £190 per person monthly and cover elec / TV / broadband (+ Netflix + Sky Entertainment) / water / council tax. The house pays a cleaner directly and is £20 per visit (usually twice a month).
This is a 5 level, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. Two flatmates are moving out so for now we have Ryan (sales + crypto trader + gym junkie) who lives a healthy lifestyle (no partying)... the other two flatmates we'll find in the coming weeks. We always get GREAT candidates so you can be assured home will feel like a great place to be.
Our mews is sunny + very quiet (no cars it's gated and private) / party people are not suited.
It's next to Brick Lane, E1, the city, loads of transport / supermarkets / gyms + cycling / great restaurants / walking distance to everywhere.

The landlords are Aussie + UK, and we're looking for easy going nice tenants to join our positive vibes house!
