I’m looking for someone to take over my place in the tenancy for a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in the Dryden Building, Aldgate Triangle. Available immediately.

Originally I was offering the room short-term here, but after speaking with the rental agent it’s clear the best route is for someone to replace me on the tenancy agreement. The contract runs until 18 May 2026, so the assumption is that it continues to that date.

6-month break clause from 18 September 2025, allowing either side to give 2 months’ notice
