Room to Rent in Zone 1 (Aldgate East)

hey, i’m katie, i’ve lived in this flat for nearly 5 years and sadly my housemate is leaving! i’m now looking for someone to fill her room and co-rent with me :)

a bit about the flat / location: the flat is in a gated building block called the aldgate triangle. it has loads of great features such as two rooftops with 360 views of london, plus a courtyard, a gym that costs only £35 for a year(!), private parking and a 24 hour concierge team. brick lane, spitalfields and st katharine’s docks are on our doorstep, plus we’re super well connected, able to walk to basically anywhere central, but also aldgate east tube is a 4 minute walk away (district, hammersmith & city), whitechapel 8 mins walk (lizzie & overground), aldgate 8 mins (circle & metropolitan) and shadwell 10 mins (DLR).

the flat is in really great condition and is super warm, the room comes with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. rent is £1,000pcm, plus another £112 for bills.

about me, I’m 29, I manage people & operations within an architectural tech company. i absolutely love living here and am happy to show you the best spots nearby! i’m keen to make pals with whoever moves in, but also have our own lives and space. being comfortable around each other is key. would love someone who enjoys a bev but also appreciates that basically all week nights i am in bed by 10, i’m all about balance 🫶🏼
