Looking for a new flatmate to fill in a double room in a spacious 3 bedroom flat in Aldgate East - available from the 1st of November.

The room comes fully furnished, with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and chest of drawers. There's however plenty of space to add more: a large desk will easily fit in if you need to work from home! Please note that the room doesn't have a window, but a glass door that filters in the light from shared spaces.

The bathroom is shared with 1 other flatmate only and has a bathtub plus shelves for all your toiletries.

The rest of the shared space is huge: the living room and kitchen are a large open plan with three couches, bookshelves, a small kitchen island, loads of plants, and a big dining table - which is perfect when you have friends over for dinner or when you just want to hang out with the other flatmates after a long day at work. The building is a secured converted warehouse.

The rent is £940 per month, while bills are approximately an additional average £180 monthly - including water, council tax, electricity, and internet. The deposit is £912 - managed through TDS.

Ollie (31) is a project manager in construction, passionate about cinematography and sports. He spends most of his evenings in the gym, loves cycling, and going out dancing from time to time.

Alice (30) is an Italian marketing professional who works from home, is passionate about sustainability and likes to spend her free time hanging out with friends, going to yoga classes, and going to gigs and festivals. She's always down for a chill night in watching films.

We both like socialising inside and outside of the flat, but are also very respectful of everyone's space and boundaries. We like to play board games together, watch tv, and go out for dinner or for drinks.

We are looking for another young professional flatmate. It will be great if you are sociable and clean too!

Located in Aldgate East and 10 minutes away from the Tower Bridge, you have very easy access to Central London and Canary Wharf 🚆.

There's plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and gyms within walking distance.

We are very close to Aldgate East (10 mins walk), Aldgate (15 mins walk) and Tower Hill (10 mins walk) tube stations in Zone 1. There’s also easy access to Brick Lane and St Katherine’s Docks.
