Sublet with the possibility of permanent

This room is available for sublet from 20/02/26. There is also the possibility of permanent depending on the situation.
The apartment has all amenities : high speed wifi, flat screen TV, oven, microwave, washing machine, storage etc.
The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelving, a work desk and office chair.
The is a bathroom with a toilet in a seperate room.
Both flatmates are laid back and in their twenties. One works 9-5 and the other freelance.
There is a large balcony overlooking the gherkin, shard etc.
