Hey! My flatmate and I (both students) are urgently looking for another girl to take the third room in our new flat just a 8 min walk from Aldgate East Station (Zone 1).

📆 Move-in: This Tuesday (24 Sept)

💸 Rent: £866/month + bills (~£80-100)
💰 Deposit of £1000 + first month’s rent needed by Monday afternoon (23 Sept)

We’ve secured the flat already and just need to confirm the third person ASAP!

It’s a bright, 3-bed in a with great transport links (Aldgate East, Whitechapel, Liverpool Street all walkable), loads of shops and cafes nearby, and honestly such a rare find at this price for the location.

We’re both clean, sociable, and looking for someone like-minded (preferably another student for council tax reasons). Bonus if you’re down for a coffee or spontaneous dinner in the area ✨
