Bright spacious Double room in East London

We have a double room available in our 3-bedroom apartment. The flat is fully furnished, well-kept, and in a fab location, near Tower Bridge/ St Katherine Dock. We have a large garden area with a bbq, that is great in the summer time! Good vibe with lots of bars and restaurants around and in walking distance to Spitalfields market.

Ideally we are looking for someone in their mid-late 20s to join two Irish gals. We're both in London less than a year, looking for a friend instead of just a house mate. We are quite social and like a trip to the pub or a movie night, but also have our own lives external to the house. The price doesn't include bills or council tax. These add about £100 a month.
