Large room in loft style warehouse conversion

We are looking for a LGBTQIA+ friendly new flatmate (or two) to live in a large room in our 3 bedroom flat. It’s available from 1st November 2025.

The house has a huge communal living area and a super well equipped kitchen (we both love to cook & eat) with dishwasher, washer dryer, espresso machine and a large fridge freezer.

There are two of us in the flat at the moment - one is a post doc at UCL and the other is a theatre technician (sound, video, lighting). We are looking for someone who will bring good energy and calmness, and we want to form positive and meaningful connection with our new flatmate(s) as we believe its important to nourish the home environment so that it feeds positive experience into our life rather than being neutral. We keep it clean and homely, and we’d love someone with a similar mindset.

The room comes with basic furniture (double bed, huge wardrobe, two bedside tables with drawers, one chest of drawers, a floor lamp). It’s a nice big space with plenty of opportunity to make it your own. You will also be the only full time user of the large bathroom and can share usage of the spare room for any of your guests who might visit (or as a shared office if you want to work from home sometimes) !

The location is very central and convenient - closest tube is Aldgate East (district and h&c line), shadwell (DLR & overground), Aldgate (circle & metropolitan line), and tower hill (circle & district). It’s a very international area, with tonnes of different food, and close to shops, cafes, museums and galleries in Whitechapel/Spitalfields/Shoreditch. We work in Bloomsbury, Stratford and Angel, all of which are within 30 minutes on the tube (or less on a bike).

Council tax is band F, which is currently £210 per month, electricity is £350 (this i, wifi is £38, all split equally. Water is included in rent.
