Bright double room just off Brick Lane

I am looking for someone to takeover my room since I am moving out. My contract runs until mid-july 2026 but it is possible to extend it afterwards.

Rent is 895£, including almost all bills and a cleaner who comes twice a month. There is an additional 20£ for gas.

The bedroom is luminous and has a double bed, a desk and two wardrobes to store clothes. There is one toilet and a bathroom with toilet to share with everyone. In the kitchen, there is an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and two fridges so there is plenty of space. Flat is on the 2nd floor.

The area is great, just next to Brick lane, Aldgate East Station is a 1min walk and Aldgate Station a 5min walk. There are several shops around, a big Tesco just 3min away.

You will share with 4 other people, a mix of student and professional, all under 30. The flat is pretty quiet, and other flatmates usually keep to themselves but are very nice if you want to chat a little.
