I have moved out of my lovely room and currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The property is big and spacious with big living room and open plan kitchen. Perfect for hosting, parties or simply to enjoy a nice bright large space and relax.
The room has inbuilt wardrobes, double bed, desk and Chest of drawers and bedside table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need.
Freshly painted - flat about a year ago.
All new furniture.

The property is managed by Dexters who are very helpful with anything needed.
Your deposit and rent will be payed directly to them and is therefore secured.

Rent is: £1,050 for December then £1,100 from January into the new year payed to the agency.
Bills: Roughly around £200 p/m managed between tenants :)
So total rent is about 1,300 p/m

There is no real minimum stay but we would prefer someone more long terms - we would prefer a female flatmate. This is a Tenancy takeover, which means you will be entering a running contract which can be terminated during your tenancy by finding a replacement tenant as I am doing now.

You will be sharing with another professional.
We would be looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.
Happy to socialise and keep a friendly atmosphere.

I urgently need to find someone now as the room is empty and ready to move in.
I work from home, so I am very flexible on that :)
