Room for short rent 15 Nov - 14 Dec

I’m renting out my en-suite room for one month (from 15 November to 14 December). The room is in a house with three flats — ours is on the 3rd floor (no lift).

Rent: £950

Deposit: £200 (returned on the same day the keys are handed back)

Location: 3 minutes from Aldgate East Station

The room is around 10 sqm, and includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk (comfortable for working from home), chair, chest of drawers, and a small side table. It’s fully furnished, as is the private bathroom.
All bills and high-speed internet are included in the rent. I will empty the room before moving out.

The kitchen, located next door, is shared with three other people. It’s fully equipped, and a cleaner comes once a week. My flatmates are professionals and often not at home.

No smoking, no pets, and single occupancy preferred.

Please note that the desk is larger than the one shown in the pictures. There are also additional bookcases in the room, as well as extra storage furniture in the bathroom.
