Hi all!

Unfortunately due to a job change I am having to move out of London and leave my lovely 2 bed 2 bath flat in E1. The flat is amazingly located - I was working on Fenchurch St and had the privilege of only having to walk 15 mins everyday! The flat is 6 mins walk to Aldgate East (District and H&C), 12 mins to Whitechapel (Elizabeth) and 12 mins to Aldgate (Circle and H&C). Also walkable and super convenient for Liverpool St!

The flat is a duplex penthouse with a large balcony/terrace and open plan kitchen/living area. Your room will be a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, and you’ll have the main bathroom (with a tub!!!) all to yourself!

My flatmate Alex is a physics student at UCL, so students or professionals welcome but if a professional please be aware you’ll be liable for the council tax (band E). He is super easygoing and spends a lot of time at his girlfriend’s house so you’ll have a lot of your own space but he’s also always down for a trip to the pub 🙂

Rent is £1375 + bills and the room will be available from mid December, all contingent on passing referencing with the agent.
