I have purchased my own property so leaving this great flat a short walk from algate east station (3-4 min walk). The apartment is a huge 3 bed 3 bathroom sharing with 2 x great guys (Steven & VJ) both professionals interior decorator and trader. Everyone is very social in this apartment / apartment block as you will soon realise. We cook / have drinks together, watch tv listen to music. Attend the odd party, but again appreciate owns space and quiet.

Viewings are available immediately - the contract starts Feb 1st for renewable however as I have already moved out the room is available asap to take over. So very flexible.

There are drawers / rails / work table and chair which will remain in the room.

Kingsize bed / Emma mattress is available to purchase if required.

Bills are a one off payment each month to Steven of roughly £200 (this covers gas electric water council tax sky tv internet & Netflix etc)
