I’m looking for a girl to takeover my tenancy from Jan/Feb till September in super centrally located flat share with 3 other lovely girls🌟

Move in date is flexible!! Looking for someone asap but can be discussed if someone wants to move in Feb or so! My tenancy is until September but yours could be prolonged after that!! To be discussed with landlord

Location📍 Flat is located on a quiet street in a residential area with lots of supermarkets and shops around. Just a short walk (15 mins) from brick lane, spitalfields, and Liverpool street there’s plenty of popping cafe and bar options nearby. Around 7 mins walk from Aldgate East tube station and the district line, 2 mins walk from 115, 135 and 15 bus lines!

Flat / room furnishing 🏠 Fully equipped and furnished flat, room comes with double bed, desk, chair, double wardrobe, mirror, clothing rack, curtains. Flat amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, high speed internet, separate bathroom and shower, iron and ironing board, 2 big fridges and freezers in a fully equipped kitchen (so no need to bring in own cutlery, plates pots or pans!!)

Flatmates 🫂 you’ll be sharing the flat with 3 lovely girls ages 22/24 who have just started working (but flat is open to students too!!) The flat is a great mix of people doing their own routine but also socializing or watching movies together, occasional flat dinners and friends over but at the same time it’s super tidy, clean and well maintained and everyone sticks to the cleaning schedule and is respectful!

Rent 💰 room is 952£ per month + 51£ in bills so around 1000£ a month.
