Description
I’m moving out of my flatshare around Feb 1st so looking to find a replacement remnant for my room. Can be flexible with date if you need to move in earlier.
Rent is £1050pm excl bills. Bills come to around £100pm roughly so total is approx £1150 all in.
The contract ends on 15th May so this is perfect for short term lets, although also the possibility to extend if everyone wants too.
A bit about the flat…
Amazing location just off of brick lane & very central. 30 second walk to Aldgate East tube, about 8 minutes to Whitechapel tube. About 10 minutes to Liverpool Street station. Shoreditch / Spitalfields / London Bridge all walking distance.
The flat is 3 floors, 1st floor is the living room and kitchen which is spacious, as well as one toilet with washing machine + tumble drier.
2nd floor is Emily’s room.
3rd floor is my room and Leah’s room as well as another bathroom with a shower.
A bit about my flatmates…
You would be living with Leah and Emily who are both really lovely and friendly. We regularly chill together / go out for dinner & drinks, but equally all have our own groups so no pressure on being able to do your own thing.
Both are 26. Leah is a radiographer at guys and St Thomas Hospital so in most days. Emily works in cyber security.
Leah and Emily are keen to meet / chat with anyone who is interested first. If interested drop me a message and we can set it up.
