🏠 The flat
Modern, bright, and well kept flat share in East London with a spacious kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 shower, and access to a patio. It is Zone 1 and very central, with Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road around 20 to 25 minutes away by Tube, and Liverpool Street, London/ Tower bridge within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessities, and there is a washer dryer (washing and drying) as well. The home is clean, comfortable, and looked after. All curtains are blackout and insulated.

The flat is a furnished 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 double rooms available. The flat is very quiet Monday to Friday as the third tenant works.

🚇 Transport
You’re around an 8 to 10 minute walk to Aldgate East Underground Station (District and Hammersmith and City lines), so commuting is genuinely easy. Whitechapel (Elizabeth line, District line, Hammersmith and City line, and Windrush overground) and Aldgate (Metropolitan and Circle lines) are also around a 10-13 minute walk away. There are plenty of buses nearby too, including night buses which stops around 3 minutes from the flat.

🛒 Local area
Aldgate has lots of everyday convenience nearby, including a large Tesco about 5 minutes away. Within a 10 minute walk there is Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, Boots. PureGym is around 7 minutes away, and there are plenty of cafés, food spots, and quick options locally, plus great links into Central London.

Around a 15 to 20 minute walk away you also have Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane, which are great for food markets, vintage shopping, fashion brands, local shops, flower market, cafes/restaurants, and a lot of places that stay open till late.

🛏️About the rooms

Room 1
A fully furnished, spacious double room with a king size bed, desk and chair, and a large wardrobe with space on top of wardrobe swell. The room is very bright in summer thanks to a massive window. Very modern and minimalist room.

Room 2
A furnished double room with a king size bed, a fireplace feature (does not work but looks great), a lovely desk, and a massive wardrobe with a full length mirrored door which is ideal for getting ready. It is a quiet room with a window looking onto the patio.

💡 Bills
Bills are not included and are split between housemates. They vary by usage and season, but are usually around £80 per month and typically lower in summer.

😊 What we’re looking for:

-We’re looking for 2 girls, ideally aged 23 to 40.
-Someone easygoing and friendly.
-We expect rent and bills to be paid on time, on the 1st of every month.
-Preferably professionals
-We expect you to be clean and tidy in the shared spaces.
-No doing drugs or smoking in the flat
-Respect each other’s space and schedules, and adjust to each other in a peaceful, friendly way.
