Description
Hi there!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a two-bedroom flat. You’ll be sharing with just one other person, Hazel, who’s super friendly and easy to live with. She was really helpful when I first moved to London and even showed me around.
The flat is fully furnished, and you’ll have your own bathroom (the shower is shared.)
The location is great — it’s:
- 3 mins from the Aldgate East underground
- 8 mins from the Aldgate underground
- About a 15-min walk to Liverpool Street and Whitechapel (underground and national railway services)
- Loads of good bus connections
It’s also super close to Brick Lane, which is perfect for vintage shopping and amazing food.
There are two other flats in the building plus an office, so parcels are always safe, and it’s really easy to contact them if there’s ever an issue in the flat. There’s also a great sense of community with the neighbours, which is really nice.
The details:
- Move-in from 8 March 2026
- Rent: £1,300 each (bills not included)
- Council tax: £74 each
- Bills: roughly £50–£100 (currently closer to £100 because it’s super cold atm)
- Minimum stay: 6 months
Looking for a female professional (for council tax reasons).
That should be everything, but feel free to message me if you’d like more details or to arrange a viewing.
Thanks!
