En-suite room for rent in Aldgate East

We have a double room with its own bathroom available from end of May/early June in our flat in Aldgate East.

The flat is within 5 minutes walk of both Aldgate East and Whitechapel station and a 15 minute walk to Aldgate station. There are also plenty of bus routes. It's super handy having a tesco express on the corner and plenty of other shops and cafes etc nearby.
Both my flatmates, Jess and Jemma are lovely and the flat is calm and easy going.
Jemma has an adorable cat Bailey who is pictured so anyone moving in would have to be happy to live with her too. We also cannot accept anymore animals into the flat because of Bailey.

I'm planning to move out at the end of May and we are looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
I've loved living here as it's such a handy location and the flat is very spacious.
Jess sorts our bills and that but costs £121.73 for electricity and broadband currently.
We're a friendly and relaxed flat who enjoy watching TV series or films together but also respect each others space.
