Description
I’m moving out to live with my partner, so my room in this well located Whitechapel flat is up for grabs. I’ve lived here for a year and had a great time, it’s been a really comfortable and easy place to call home. My room is available starting June 1st.
The other flatmate is moving to another area in London, so two rooms are available in our flat. The second room is available starting July 1st with some flexibility.

-Extra large living room with plenty of space to relax or work
-Balcony that’s ready to be decorated if you want to make it your own
-Bathroom shared with just one other person, as the third bedroom has an ensuite
-Respectful, tidy, and fairly chilled household
Rent and bills:
-Room 1: £1001 base rent, on average £1127.69 inc utilities
-Room 2: £1057 base rent, on average 1183.69 inc utilities
-Included in amount: water, WiFi £33.69, and council tax £189, electricity around £80-200 (more during colder months) split among 3 people

-You’ll be living with a friendly, easygoing flatmate. Carolina is from Portugal and works in neuroscience. She loves reading, cinema, and musicals, and often brings back treats from Portugal when she visits home.
-As a flat, we’ve got a nice balance of doing our own thing and spending time together. Think cosy movie nights on Halloween with the projector, long walks to Victoria Park, Sunday morning pastry runs to Rinkoffs, and the occasional deep chat about life, relationships, and everyone’s therapy journey.
About you:
-We’re ideally looking for a working professional in their mid 20s or older who is tidy, considerate, and fits the calm, friendly vibe of the flat. Someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment and is respectful of shared spaces.
Move in:
-Move in is 1st June for my room, but there is some flexibility to move in a couple of weeks earlier if we arrange things between us.
-The other room is available starting 1st July, with some flexibility as well.
