Cozy Room & Own Bath – Mostly alone (owner away)

Hi!

My name is Maddi and I have a double room (single occupancy) with a private bathroom for rent short term while I spend the summer in Spain. It's available from mid May (flexible), and ideally I'd like to rent it 3-4 months, but I am a bit flexible so it can be agreed.

It's a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms, so you'd have a double room (it's furnished) and a private small bathroom for yourself (it was renovated last year). The flat has got a full equipped medium size kitchen and a very cute living room with an open view balcony which can fit a small table with chairs (and also gets sun around 5h a day!).

I am currently living here by myself and I am renting the room because I spend most of my summers in Spain working remotely and come very exceptionally, so you'll have the whole flat for yourself most of the time (like living in a one bed flat). If I need to come for work it will be for a short period of time and then we'll share the flat for that time, but I really hope I don't have to come.

I am looking for a clean and chilled person who wants to find peace in the flat as this is not a party-friendly house. It is a very quiet neighbourhood very close to all the activity in Aldgate East, Spitalfields and Whitechapel.

About me, I am a 35 year old Spanish woman who's lived in London for the last 11 years working in IT consulting and I've shared flat for 9 years, so well used to it. I am an active person who loves travelling, sports and enjoying the sun, so that's why I escape London as much as possible in summer. I am easy going and friendly, I enjoy socialising but also appreciate my space :)

Rent is £1300 with all bills included and same for the deposit.
