Double room available in City of London

I would like to sublet the second bedroom in my flat from June 2026 (flexible time period). Therefore, I'm looking for a lodger.

I'm the current tenant in the flat. I'm quiet, friendly and calm. I'm also very clean and tidy.

The monthly rent includes all bills and a regular cleaner so you will not need to clean!

I'm away abroad often so you would have the whole flat to yourself regularly.

I have a lot of amenities that I bought myself which are useful for the flat such as an airconditioner, a security alarm, an air purifyer, a shower water filter (to make water soft and better for hair and skin) and more!

Notes:
The bathroom was fully renovated this year.
Also, the arrangements of furniture are slightly different from the photos at the moment.
