Hey there, I'm Luca, 25, working in tech. I'm moving out of my beautiful en-suite room in this massive penthouse, so I'm looking for someone to replace me.

The room is large and fully furnished. The desk chair and a couple of other bits are mine and I'll be taking them with me. Everyone else here works in either tech or finance. We're a chill flat share - we all work pretty hard, but we're always down to cook, watch a game together, or head out for a drink.

5 min from Aldgate East station, 10 min from Whitechapel, 10 min from Brick Lane. Perfect for commuting and going out for dinners or drinks with friends.

Expenses:
- £50 for the tenant switch
- Cleaner comes in biweekly, £12.50 each
- Electricity, wifi and council tax not included - roughly £120 pcm
