Double room for rent near Spitalfields

I am looking for a flat mate to live with in this fairly newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment on an ex council estate 5 minutes from Spitalfields/ 10 minutes from Liverpool Street and Aldgate East. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
The flat is nearby to loads of shops and transport links (including the Elizabeth Line) so it's easy access for anyone who works in London. It's on the ground floor and there's a beautiful garden in the back of the estate.
I'm looking for someone friendly and respectful since the flat is owned by a friend and I would like to keep it in good shape. I do enjoy spending time with people at home but am mostly a recluse (or so I’ve heard!)
A bit about me: I'm from Brazil but have been living in London for over 10 years. I work in Central managing actors and wfh 1-2 days per week. I have an adorable Havanese dog called Emmi.
