I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 21st September.

Location📍
The flat is in an amazing location. 5 mins to Aldgate East, 10 mins to Aldgate/Shadwell/Tower Hill. There’s a Waitrose 10 mins away or large Sainsbury’s in Whitechapel a little further away. You’re less than 10 minute walk from the river and St Katherine Docks.

The Flat🏡
It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath. There’s a large open plan living/dining and a big storage cupboard. You’d be living with 3 others, Ed, Grace and Mathias who are all lovely and super easy to live with. The flat is kept clean and tidy, we enjoy spending time together in the evenings and also doing our own things!

The Room 🛏️
The room comes with bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Worth pointing out that the room has 2 doors and doesn’t have a window!

Rent
The rent is £783 a month. Bills typically come to around £150 on top of this. The rent has just been increased so this price is set for the next 12 months.
