She enjoys cooking, exploring the city's food and culture (especially around nearby St Katharine Docks and Shoreditch), and is always up for a chat or sharing a meal. Friendly, tidy, and easy to live with, she is just as happy hanging out together as she is respecting each other's space.

We'd like to find a clean, considerate professional who will add to the fantastic space and be part of a lovely household. (Please note: the agency requires the incoming tenant and Cynthia to have a combined household income of at least £72,000).

The flat is incredibly well connected for transport, with easy walking access to Aldgate East, Tower Hill, and Whitechapel / Liverpool Street stations.
