Double room in Aldgate East with large outdoor space (for a flat in London) !

Double room with private bathroom available in a converted historic tower house in Aldgate East, with a huge outdoor terrace/balcony and 24-hour concierge.

The flat is in Zone 1, just a five-minute walk from both Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations, making it really easy to get around central London. It’s a lively area with loads of restaurants, bars, pubs and things to do nearby.

My current housemate is planning on moving out at the end of October, although they’re happy to move out earlier if helpful!

A bit about me: I’m 28 and work professionally in London. Outside of work, I’m really into running, fitness, cooking, food, going out and socialising. I’m looking for someone who is similarly sociable and enjoys having a drink at the pub, going out for dinner or drinks and generally having a good time, rather than someone who wants a completely separate living arrangement. That said, I’m also respectful of having our own space and keeping the flat comfortable and relaxed.

Ideally looking for a friendly, sociable professional who is clean, considerate and up for making the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
