NO WFH (or only eensy weensy WFH).

Looking for a short let of a bright, south-facing large room (3.5x3.5) ideally up to mid June, but there’s a lot of flexibility here, just get in touch.

At the moment, the outside needs to be cleaned and made ready for summer (in progress) and I have some work to do in the kitchen & bathroom- nothing major but trying to get it booked in (taps & flooring).

Cleaning supplies and toilet paper included in the price (I buy all that refillable, plastic-free stuff), you just need your own laundry stuff and buy the occasional washing up liquid.

The flat is L-shaped, with your room and a spare down one side so you have plenty of privacy. If you’re in between places I also have a garage if you need to store some things.

I have 2 very old dogs (see out of date photo). They’re mostly deaf, their sight’s going, they don’t do much but Eddie WILL waddle down your hallway and wait for you with a toy, so you need to at least like dogs.

The kitchen is a good size & sunny with a decent collection of kitchen gadgets. Everything is there for you to use, including a nutri-bullet, Instant Pot & a Ninja air-fryer/ grill thing.

Bathroom is simple & clean with a very good hot shower.

A new combi boiler was installed recently, so hot water is on tap, its all double glazed & lovely & cozy in the winter.

So that's it, and like everyone, I'm looking for someone who gels. I’m friendly enough but not looking for a bezzie. Not hugely sociable, but always up for a laugh or a natter if you are, Let’s face it: in an ideal world I wouldn't be renting, same as you'd own your own mansion in Zone 1. Such is life in London.

Ideally you should be relaxed and open-minded. This place doesn’t stay spotless with 2 dogs (I have a cordless dyson though, so feel free to let loose if that’s your thing) but you won’t come home to unwashed dishes or any grossness either and I clean regularly. I like the idea of mutual tolerance & respect.
