From Feb 2017 an additional flatmate wanted for lovely clean warehouse conversion with a lift and secure front door. Close to amenities (Tesco Express, hotels, hospital and London MET/St Bart's & Queen Mary's campuses) and lively areas (Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, The City).

Convenient for Circle, Metropolitan, District and Hammersmith & City Lines as well as the DLR and Overground services so it's a great location for commuting.

The room available is an en-suite, however we would be willing to negotiate a move to the smaller rooms for the right person. Spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. Dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of storage etc.

The flatmate who left has moved to Australia for family reasons - I've personally been in the flat for three years (leaving flatmate for two) and the third I went to uni in York with so we are great pals.

I work between Embankment and London Bridge, and Nicholas works in Southwark but is studying a part time masters at Oxford. We are ideally looking for sociable housemates with similar interests/careers.
