Top Floor, Big Balcony, Just Off Brick Lane!

Hi there - looking for a roommate for a double bedroom in our massive three bedroom apartment just off the southern part of brick lane.

The apartment is the top floor of our building and you would be sharing a bathroom with one female. The space itself is huge and we have a long balcony that runs the entire length of the apartment. The living area is perfect to relax or to host and the apartment is fully furnished with everything (sky, apple TV, broadband, sofas, washer, etc).

Its a quick walk to tonnes of transport - 4 mins from aldgate east tube, 10 to whitechapel, 15 to liverpool and 15 to shoreditch and is just a block east off of brick lane.

Our lease runs through April 10th (landlord is moving in so cannot extend). The rent of £275 per week (£1150 per month) and covers rent and all expenses (internet, electric, gas, water, council tax).

Both myself (american male) and the other roommate (an australian female) are pretty easy to get along with - both clean, tidy individual who travel whenever we can as we are both expats abroad. I'm quite busy when i'm at work, especially Jan - April. When I am around I'm into sports, eating and drinking (all the good things in life!) - we have a great flat to have people over for dinner or a ton of people over for a BBQ.

Ideal roommate is somebody that is laid back and easy going but also adventurous and down for new things.

I previously found one of my roommates on spareroom so it works quite well. Available to show people the space anytime (just need to sort with work schedule). Room is available starting mid-august with the ideal person coming in Aug 19th. Please let me know if you are interested!
