The flat is in Chandlery House, a converted factory, located within a short walk from Tower Bridge / Tower Hill, Aldgate East, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the City, and would perfectly suit a professional.

The double bedroom is really bright and nicely finished, with a double bed and 3 large fitted wardrobes.

The communal area consists of an open plan kitchen and living room, making it a really spacious and lovely area.

The kitchen has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a gas hob along the other usual appliances (kettle, toaster, etc.).

The building also has a porter - a very helpful and friendly guy (critical if you like shopping online as he’ll collect the parcels for you).

We are a young professionals couple, looking for another tidy professional to move in.

The term would be 6 months minimum. The bills total about 100 per month per person (including Council tax).
