Spacious double room available in new build apartment located in the heart of vibrant whitechapel.

Current occupants of the flat include myself (31 yr old male) and my girlfriend (28 yr old female). We're looking for a relatively chilled out person, ideally a professional of similar age, to join us in our fantastic zone 1 flat. The perfect housemate would be someone who would appreciate living in a relaxed home, rather than a frat house.

The property benefits from excellent transport links, within easy walking distance of Hammersmith & City and District lines (from Aldgate East - 2 mins walk), Circle, Metropolitan (Aldgate - 5 mins), Central (Liverpool Street - 10 mins) and London Overground (Whitechapel - 5 mins).

The room comes fully furnished with built in wardrobe, double bed, bed side table and chest of drawers. The flat features two bathrooms, one en suite in the master bedroom, which effectively leaves the second bathroom free for sole use by the new housemate. We also have access to a nice balcony, which is excellent for BBQs, and a communal roof garden which boasts fabulous views of the City skyline.

Deposit will be one months rent, and rent is payable in advance on a monthly basis. Rent is inclusive of bills.
