**FLATMATES**

Mike and Mags (Not a couple)

Mags is an organiser extraordinaire, she makes sure we have regular 'family nights'. These usually include some type of (alcoholic) beverages & one of her latest clean eating meals and/or some form of tapas. She's 25, from Waterford (Ireland) and is working in a marketing agency in Moorgate. She has been in London for just over two years. Mags enjoys the gym, baking and setting crazy personal goals like completing Tough Mudder and cycling from London to Paris for charity!

Mike is the guy in the house and also working in a marketing agency about 10 mins walk from the apartment! Also Irish, he's 27 and originally from Tipperary and has been living in London for three years. Also a keen gym goer but can't go a Friday and Saturday night without a few pints!

**BEDROOM**

Large and spacious double room, fully furnished:

**APARTMENT**

As we are very house proud we like to keep the common area clean and tidy... Just in case we get any last minute visitors calling over for tea!

The apartment is located in a converted warehouse, it is very secure with electric gates, a security door and intercom.

There is also a large communal garage for storage of bikes.
The living room and kitchen is modern and open plan, it is incredibly spacious and very bright. The kitchen is fully kitted out with utensils and mod cons. In the evenings after work we cook and catch up. On a Sunday night we try to cook together, have a drink and watch TV or a film.

**AREA**

We're situated off Commercial Road, only a couple of minutes walk from Brick Lane.

For a group of young people, the apartment is very much in the thick of some of London's best areas: Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Hoxton & Tower Bridge.

The apartment is very central and there is no problem commuting to different parts of the city. Aldgate East station is less than five minutes away, Aldgate station is about five minutes & Liverpool Street is about fifteen minutes walk.

The area is safe and there are plenty of amenities with a Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, cinema & gyms all within walking distance.

**THE NEW ADDITION**

We're sad to see our current flatmates Carl and Pooja leave but excited to have a new members of the clan! We're both busy midweek with our own things and work. Mike is relatively new to the flat having moved in in November and we know each other from University (UL for any Irish people interested). It would be great to find someone who has similar interests, likes to have a laugh & who is looking for friends to have a few drinks with as well as flatmates.

**ADDITIONAL INFO**

The rent is £1,050 per month plus bills & council tax (approx. 50).
Deposit is £1,000 plus a once off £140 referencing/agency fee.
