I live in the flat, so I’m looking for a lodger to rent the second room. I’m away a couple of nights a week, meaning you’ll often have the place to yourself during that time, which is a nice bonus if you enjoy a bit more space and privacy.
As the flat is fully furnished, I’m looking for someone trustworthy and respectful who will take good care of the apartment and my belongings.
