CONTRACT FOR 3 MONTHS UNTIL 30/09/14 WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR FURTHER 12 MONTHS IF FULL TIME STUDENT).FOR THE 3 MONTHS CONTRACT IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE A STUDENT.

I am going home so I am leaving my flat with 3 months left from my contract - until 30 September. It is a 4 bedroom flat with no living room. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The kitchen has everything - washing machine, microwave, cooker, absorbator and a large fridge which 3 people use. The people that currently live here are 3 males - 1 English and 2 Australians. The English guy travels a lot so he spends 2-3 days per week. The Australian guys work so they don't spend a lot of time at home. The apartment is on the first floor , there is central heating which can be regulated. THERE IS A CLEANING LADY EVERY MONTH.
The room is big with big window and on a quite street. There is a desk, a wardrobe , a cupboard, a couch and a lot of other furniture(see pictures)The bed is big - double. Unlimited internet included in rent.

There is a bus stop 2 mins walk.
Aldgate East Station is 8 mins walk. - Hammersmith and District lines.
Aldgate Station is 12 mins walk - Circle and Metropolitan lines.
There are a couple of gyms - each around 8 mins walk.
A lot of Tescos, Sainsburys within 5-10 mins walk. Also a lot of small shops.

length of contract= until 30/09/14 (possibility to renew for a further 12 months if the tenant is a full time student)
deposit = £630
agency fee= £ 145

guarantor or valid proof of incomes / savings

If your replacement is a professional:
ID or passport
proof of income (3 recent payslips or a work contract)
3 months of bank statements.
