Moving out from my clean, fully furbished single room on the 10th of August (+/- 1 day), hence searching for a person to rent it for 7 weeks (until 30. 09. 2014), with the possibility to sign a new, longer term contract with the agency at the end of September.

- There is 1 bathroom with 1 separate toilet, 1 fitted kitchen with all mod cons.
- We put emphasize on cleanliness, hence cleaning the common areas in rotations.
- Parking is in front of the house

- Zone 1 (E1), unparalleled location both for students and professionals:
- 4 lines (District, Hammersmith&City, Circle, DLR) within 5-7 mins walking distance at Aldgate, Aldgate East and Shadwell)
- The City, Liverpool Street Station and Brick Lane Market are all within 15 mins walking distance
